Summer internship - Software Engineers

We’re looking for talented students who share our passion for software and video conferencing to join our Engineering team next summer (2027).

Over 8-10 weeks, from July 2027, you’ll get to work directly on the Pexip products as a core member of our development or QA team based out of our Reading office. If highly scalable distributed systems are your idea of fun, we would love to hear about you!

Candidate Qualifications

Proficiency in, at least, one programming language such as C, C#, C++, Python, or Go

Knowledge of OOP and/or functional design patterns and language features, able to use appropriately

Started your bachelors or master degree at a UK higher education institution and due to graduate in 2027 or 2028

Not required but definite bonuses

Some experience with Linux system administration or shell scripts

Understanding of network programming and network-oriented design patterns

Any experience working with distributed software systems

A public Github profile or something along those lines - we would love to see some of your existing code
