SUMMER INTERNSHIPS AT STRAND

Each year, Strand offers a small number of summer internships to university students who want to work in real estate development. Interns work on real projects next to our team and get hands-on experience in a fast-growing business.

TIMELINE

Applications open: Once a year, usually in January, for about four weeks

Internship dates: Early May to the end of August

Areas: These change from year to year. Recent intakes were in Development and in Marketing & Sales.

WHO CAN APPLY

Students in their 2nd year of university or later, studying real estate, business, marketing, urban planning, or a related field

A strong interest in real estate

Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience using AI tools for research and analysis is an asset

For Marketing & Sales: Adobe Suite experience is an asset

Experience or coursework in development, marketing, or project management helps, but isn't required
