Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and project documentation.

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with applicable building codes and project requirements.

Work directly with project ownership and internal project teams to resolve field issues and keep projects moving.

Assist with project numbers, estimates, costs, and overall project planning.

Manage approximately 2–3 projects depending on project size and complexity.

Maintain strong communication with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members.

Travel to project sites throughout New York with occasional out-of-state travel as needed.

Previous Superintendent, General Superintendent, Construction Superintendent, or similar field leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and applicable building codes.

Ability to confidently read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

Comfortable working with project costs, numbers, and estimates.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable using computers and construction-related software.

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 required.

Stable employment history strongly preferred.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Preferred Qualifications
