Supervisor(a) de Montagem BOPm

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Supervisor(a) de Montagem BOPm based in Brazil.

• This role is responsible for supervising the mechanical Balance of Plant (BOPm) assembly and installation activities at hydroelectric and small hydroelectric power plants.
• You’ll coordinate field execution to ensure projects meet schedules, contractual requirements, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Working closely with site and construction management, you’ll plan activities and ensure the availability of qualified personnel, tools, equipment, and other resources.
• You’ll oversee third-party teams, monitor their performance, and ensure all work follows established procedures and safety requirements.
• The position also involves managing technical documentation, addressing non-conformities, and coordinating solutions with engineering teams.
• You’ll contribute to customer training, provide ongoing technical support, and share lessons learned to improve future projects.
• This is a field-oriented opportunity for an experienced mechanical assembly professional comfortable working across project locations and traveling frequently.
