Administrar a disponibilidade de apartamentos e tarifas, bem como vender os apartamentos e realizar o 

fechamento das reservas individuais e de grupos, visando a máxima ocupação do hotel e cumprir com os 

padrões da marca.

Responder pelo controle da disponibilidade de apartamentos e tarifas, seguindo padrões 

preestabelecidos. 

Monitorar, constantemente, a disponibilidade do hotel de forma a assegurar sua ocupação dentro das 

normas estabelecidas pela empresa. 

Realizar a venda dos apartamentos (individuais e grupos), prestando informações gerais aos clientes 

sobre as instalações e serviços do hotel, bem como negociando tarifas, com base em parâmetros 

preestabelecidos. 

Realizar a análise e sugerir alterações necessárias na variação da grade tarifária de acordo com o 

potencial do período otimizando o resultado da unidade. Seguir os padrões e procedimentos de RM. 

Mínima

Cursando superior em Hotelaria, Turismo 

ou compatível.

Desejável

Superior completo em Hotelaria, Turismo 

ou compatível.

Software de gerenciamento hoteleiro 

Procedimentos internos de recepção e reservas

Conhecimento de RM
