et la maintenance des équipements. - Superviser et contrôler sur site les interventions des techniciens - Veiller à la bonne planification (planning d’interventions) et à la préparation des interventions en coordonnant, le client, les équipes, les sous-traitants et l’approvisionnement en fonction des contraintes contractuelles. - Dialoguer et conseiller techniquement le client. - Participer à l’organisation, l’animation, la validation et la mise en œuvre des activités permettant d’atteindre les objectifs du contrat - Contrôler et participer à l’optimisation de la gestion des stocks du Service - Organiser des réunions d’animation d’équipe avec les techniciens (management, infos technique support et constructeur, formation) - Réaliser des audits (techniques, sites, sécurité, outillage) - Participer au développement commercial de manière proactive - Gérer en autonomie la collecte et l’analyse des données liées aux moteurs (huiles, production électrique, rapports journaliers) et en assurer la transmission à la clientèle - Gérer des problèmes techniques, proposer des solutions en respectant les urgences et prioriser les interventions - Négocier des prix, des délais avec les sous-traitants - Suivre les différents tableaux des indicateurs - Suppléer partiellement le responsable de maintenance en son absence

• Supervise and coordinate technicians’ field interventions while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

• •Interpret data (reports, extracts, analyses, etc.) and recommend appropriate actions accordingly.
• •Support technicians in troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and equipment maintenance activities.
• •Supervise and monitor technicians’ interventions on-site.
• •Ensure proper planning and preparation of interventions by coordinating with customers, teams, subcontractors, and suppliers in line with contractual requirements.
• •Provide technical advice and guidance to customers.
• •Participate in the organization, facilitation, validation, and implementation of activities aimed at achieving contract objectives.
• •Monitor and contribute to the optimization of the department’s inventory and stock management.
• •Organize team meetings with technicians, covering management topics, technical updates from support teams and manufacturers, and training activities.
• •Conduct audits (technical, site, safety, and tooling audits).
• •Proactively contribute to business development activities.
• •Independently manage the collection and analysis of engine-related data (oil analysis, power generation data, daily reports) and ensure its communication to customers.
• •Manage technical issues, propose solutions based on urgency, and prioritize interventions accordingly.
• •Negotiate pricing and lead times with subcontractors.
• •Monitor and maintain KPI and performance tracking dashboards.
• •Act as a partial backup for the Maintenance Manager during periods of absence.
