Supervise and support the daily activities of the billing team
Ensure invoices are prepared, checked and submitted accurately and on time
Monitor billing transactions and follow up on outstanding issues
Review billing records and ensure data accuracy
Attend meeting with clients, handle and resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries
Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues
Prepare billing reports and provide updates to management
Train, guide and monitor team members' performance
Ensure the team follows company policies and billing procedures
Assist the Billing Manager with process improvements and other assigned tasks
