A few details about the role:

• •Conduct daily quality assurance inspections in health center, apartment, guest rooms and all common areas to ensure work is up to standard and act promptly when needed.
• •Inspect guest rooms on a standard basis to ensure cleanliness and excellent show appearance. Any items or conditions that need improvement must be communicated to the director.
• •Inspect all new moves in apartments for cleaning quality.
• •Coordinate and assist with room transfers in health care areas.
• •Coordinate spring cleaning projects.
• •Coordinate the work schedules and procedures of the department.
• •Ensure that all department team members have completed training of all equipment, chemicals, and community policies/procedures annually and training forms documented once complete.
• •Inspect equipment daily to determine repair, maintenance needs and cleanliness/safety of equipment.
• •Monitor all supplies/equipment used in the daily operations of the department, daily.
• •Chemical/supply/equipment inventories conducted monthly; order needed items within maintained budget.

And here’s what you need to apply:

• •Bachelor’s degree
• •Three to five years applicable experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• •A state issued driver’s license with a driving record clear of infractions as defined by current insurance mandates.
