WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

The purpose of this role is to provide lead daily operations to assist employees in working efficiently to uphold service standards, while creating exceptional guest experiences.

• •Supports the execution of clear service and performance expectations for the business unit.
• •Adheres to Brand Standards; following station layouts, drink recipes, service standards, menu knowledge, training of employees.
• •Maintains a positive working relationship with departments across the resort.
• •Supports team members completion of daily tasks and performs such work as needed.
• •Orders inventory required, adhering to the par levels provided by the Manager/Assistant Manager.
• •Ensures tactical processes and standards are followed to support the achievement of the Strategic Plan.
• •Ensures that daily expenses and labour schedules meet daily budget allocations.
