• •Maintain accurate records of all company assets, including acquisition data, location, and status.
• •Develop and implement an asset management strategy that maximizes asset utilization.

Team Supervision:

• •Lead and manage a team of asset management professionals.
• •Provide training and support to team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Process Improvement:

• •Identify opportunities for improving asset management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• •Implement best practices and procedures for asset maintenance and life cycle management.

Reporting:

• •Generate regular reports on asset status and performance for management review.
• •Analyze data to inform strategic decisions related to asset procurement and utilization.

Compliance and Safety:

• •Ensure all asset management activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• •Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and standards.
• •Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided
• •Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports
