Supervisor - Operations

Job Scope

Manpower Management and Operations Monitoring

• •Plan and assign manpower based on workload.
• •Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• •Conduct daily briefings and communicate work priorities.
• •Address staff issues and maintain team discipline.

• •Supervise daily warehouse activities such as receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, and loading.
• •Ensure work is completed according to SOP and customer requirements.
• •Monitor productivity and take corrective action when targets are not met.

Basic System Operation

• •Have basic knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• •Monitor order releases and task assignments in the system.
• •Assist in troubleshooting simple system issues and escalate when necessary.
• •Ensure inventory and operational transactions are updated accurately in the system.

Safety & Compliance

• •Ensure staff follow safety rules and company procedures.
• •Maintain good housekeeping and workplace organization.
• •Report and follow up on any safety concerns.

Qualifications & Experience

• •At least 3 years in a supervisory or team leader role preferred.
• •Experience managing a team of operators, pickers, packers, or warehouse assistants.
• •Have the knowledge of “”know how” on managing operation

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience in footwear, apparel, fashion 3PL, warehousing, logistics, or distribution center operations.
• •Able to work in shift
