Responsible for leading a team of Supply Chain Analysts in delivering data-driven insights, process optimization initiatives, and enterprise-wide supply chain improvement programs. Partners with Business Unit leaders, Functional Managers, and Enterprise stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, establish scalable standards, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance service levels, inventory, cost, quality, and operational performance.
Leads the development and deployment of analytics, business intelligence solutions, and continuous improvement methodologies to support Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP), end-to-end supply chain performance, and strategic decision making. Facilitates cross-functional discussions, aligns stakeholders toward common objectives, and drives a culture of operational excellence, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Job Responsibilities
Supply Chain Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Lead the development of advanced supply chain analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and decision-support tools.
- Translate business challenges into analytical solutions that drive actionable insights and business results.
- Oversee descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and scenario-based analytics to support strategic decision making.
- Drive reporting automation, dashboard modernization, and data visualization initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, standard metric definitions, and reporting consistency across business units.
- Identify emerging business trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and provide recommendations to leadership.
Supply Chain Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Lead or participate in Value Stream Mapping (VSM), process improvement workshops, Kaizen events, and problem-solving activities across global business units.
- Drive adoption of Copeland Business Systems (Lean, PDCA, and other Continuous Improvement methodologies) to eliminate waste and improve business performance.
- Establish, standardize, and govern supply chain processes, metrics, and operating procedures across multiple business functions.
- Identify opportunities to improve service, inventory, lead time, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and development of sustainable corrective actions for recurring business challenges through Structured Problem Solving.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Stakeholder Management & Facilitation
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Business Unit leaders, Supply Chain leaders, Functional Managers, and Enterprise leadership teams.
- Participate and/or facilitate cross-functional workshops, strategic planning sessions, and business reviews to align stakeholders on priorities and actions.
- Influence decision-making through fact-based recommendations and executive-level communication.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, drive alignment, escalate risks when required, and ensure successful execution of improvement initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships across Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, Commercial Excellence, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology and Enterprise Data Analytics and Data Engineering teams.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Supply Chain Analysts
- Establish performance objectives aligned with organizational priorities and strategic goals.
- Develop technical, analytical, and leadership capabilities within the team.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, innovation, and employee engagement.
- Support succession planning and development of future Supply Chain Excellence leaders.
Innovation & Transformation
Lead implementation of new analytics capabilities, technologies, digital tools, and process improvements.
Evaluate current business processes and propose innovative solutions that improve scalability and business value.
Support strategic transformation initiatives across Supply Chain and Operations.
Drive adoption of best practices and industry-leading methodologies.
