Duties

• •Develops business plans for both Patient Appointing Service (PAS) and Schedule Management Service (SMS).
• •Coordinates healthcare administrative policies, programs and operations.
• •Develops performance standards for the appointing process and initiates training programs to appropriately educate providers.
• •Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
• •Develop performance plans and rates employees.
• •Develops informational briefings related to the Patient Appointments Service (PAS), Referral Coordination Service (RCS), and Schedule Management Service (SMS).

Specialized Experience: One-year specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal Service which includes direct involvement in health system administration, such as analyzing clinical workflows; assisting with managing healthcare program resources; and assisting with implementing healthcare policies to evaluate the efficiency of medical support services.
