Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

• •Investigating supplier-related quality issues and coordinating the necessary corrective actions
• •Managing supplier complaints and ensuring effective follow-up throughout the resolution process
• •Verifying the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions and evaluating root cause analyses
• •Monitoring supplier performance, tracking KPIs, and preparing regular reports
• •Developing and coordinating action plans to improve the performance of critical suppliers
• •Preparing, conducting, and following up on audits
• •Participating in the quality assessment and approval of new suppliers
• •Supporting APQP and PPAP processes and reviewing related documentation
• •Actively contributing to risk assessments and quality improvement projects
• •Collaborating closely with Production, Logistics, Engineering, and Quality departments

Qualifications:

• •Hold a degree (BSc/MSc) in Engineering or another relevant technical field
• •Communicate confidently in English and/or German, as well as Hungarian
• •Have knowledge of automotive quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
• •Have experience in a manufacturing environment and a good understanding of production processes
• •Possess a strong analytical mindset and enjoy identifying root causes and solving problems
• •Work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• •Are committed to continuous improvement and motivated by achieving measurable quality results through supplier development and quality enhancement initiatives
