## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung der bestehenden Lieferanten im Rahmen von Entwicklungsprojekten und der Serienproduktion in allen Qualitätsthemen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Auswahl von Neulieferanten
  • Interner Ansprechpartner bei allen lieferantenbezogenen Qualitätsfragen in Bezug auf Produkt- und Prozessqualität
  • Begleitung des Projektmanagements der Lieferanten sowie der Endabnahme und Freigabe
  • Umsetzung von Reklamationsmanagement und Optimierungsprogrammen mit den Lieferanten
  • Durchführung von Prozessaudits, R @ R, Erstassessments
  • Teilnahme an technischen Lieferantengesprächen mit der Entwicklung
  • Bereitstellen von Fertigungsprozess-Expertenwissen für das entsprechende Teilespektrum

## Ihr Profil

  • Ingenieur, Techniker- oder Meisterausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung oder Qualitätsvorausplanung idealerweise im Bereich Automotive
  • Problemlösungstechniken (Ishikawa, 5W, 8D, etc.)
  • Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001) und Methoden (APQP, PPAP, EMPB, FMEA, SPC)
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft
