Where you’ll be: Springfield, TN

Key Responsibilities:

• •Trains employees to follow standard work and to understand JDS’s.
• •Daily proactive engagement with Operation Leadership, utilizing EMS principles with the main goal to improve NRFT.
• •Facilitate problem solving activities with cross functional teams
• •Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel
• •Coordinate with SQE’s on containment initiates and product releases
• •Generate SMRR reports and communicate with suppliers on defects and containment Activities

Education and Experience:

• •High School diploma/GED and 3 to 5 years Electrolux experience with working knowledge of required processes or five years of experience in a manufacturing/quality related field.
• •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• •Proven experience in team building and employee motivation.
• •Communicate clearly and concisely in English both verbally and in writing.
• •Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
• •Able to stand much of the shift to perform duties
