JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support GFS process transformation programme and support transformation agenda for the region aligned with global priorities
- Support Global Process Owners in the definition and improvement of GFS processes retained and outsourced considering the region specifics
- Identify process improvement opportunities, define new processes and implement them
- Drive project delivery & manage programme risks
- Coordinate and provide training. Support teams in the creation of Finance Process Documentation
- Liaison between GFS and other departments with regards to process definition and implementation
- Build relationships at different levels and ensure stakeholders buy-in
