The Supply Chain Operations Admin provides day-to-day operational and administrative support across supply chain processes, ensuring data accuracy, smooth information flow, and timely execution of operational activities. The role combines system and data management with coordination across suppliers, logistics, warehouse, procurement, and other teams involved in the supply chain.

The main objective of the role is to ensure smooth and well-organized supply chain operations, while proactively identifying and resolving operational discrepancies and issues.

Here's a little taste of your challenge:

  • Manage and maintain data related to orders, deliveries, products, suppliers, and inventory in relevant systems.
  • Enter, verify, and maintain accurate data in SAP and other systems.
  • Monitor orders from suppliers and delivery statuses and follow up on delays, discrepancies, and exceptions.
  • Prepare operational reports, data analyses, and regular supply chain performance summaries.
  • Coordinate information flow between Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Projects, Sales, and Finance teams.
  • Support the resolution of issues related to orders, deliveries, invoices, and operational documentation.
  • Manage and maintain logistics and administrative documentation.
  • Verify data consistency and accuracy across different systems and external sources.
  • Support supply planning, replenishment, and inventory management activities.
  • Monitor operational exceptions and escalate issues to the relevant teams or stakeholders.
  • Cooperate with suppliers and logistics partners on day-to-day operational matters.
  • Identify recurring operational issues and propose improvements to processes and ways of working.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Supply Chain processes, standards, and procedures.

Who are you?

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with large volumes of data.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and SAP.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
  • Good command of English, enabling effective day-to-day business communication.
