Role Overview:

We are looking for a professional who goes beyond the traditional buyer/Procurement Analyst role and becomes a strategic business partner, capable of integrating procurement, planning, data analytics, and follow-up on business requirements. The primary objective of this role is to ensure operational continuity through efficient material planning and sourcing, supplier negotiations, and ongoing operational support and follow-up.

What will you do?

• •Manage procurement activities to ensure the timely availability of materials and products.
• •Develop and maintain demand forecasts to support business needs and operational continuity.
• •Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms with local and international suppliers.
• •Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply chain issues proactively.
• •Coordinate import processes and ensure compliance with customs and logistics requirements.
• •Analyze procurement and inventory data using Excel, Power BI, and Power Query to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Finance, to align purchasing strategies with business objectives.

What are we looking for?

• •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• •Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, demand planning, and negotiation with both domestic and international suppliers.
• •Knowledge of import processes.
• •Experience in the retail industry.
• •Intermediate English.
• •Advanced Excel, Advanced Power BI, and Power Query.
• •Strong problem-solving skills for complex situations.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is preferred.
