We are:

Supply Chain and Operations for the Travel, Leisure & Entertainment sector, and we are passionate about helping iconic destinations and experience-led organizations transform how they operate at scale. Our clients, spanning world-class theme parks, resort operators, live entertainment venues, and attraction networks, face a unique set of challenges: delivering seamless guest experiences while managing complex logistics, large-scale workforces, and capital-intensive infrastructure. We help them unlock operational excellence through data-driven insights, process innovation, and digital transformation, all while keeping guest delight at the center of everything we do. How do we do it? We focus on safety, efficiency, guest experience continuity, and the smart use of technology to modernize operations across the full park lifecycle.

You are:

A dynamic operations leader with deep expertise in park and attraction operations, with a proven track record of driving transformation for large, experience-led destinations. You understand the operational heartbeat of these environments: workforce management, safety and compliance, ride and attraction readiness, guest flow optimization, and the complex logistics that power a world-class guest experience. You are equally at home advising the COO of a major resort on strategic transformation and rolling up your sleeves to lead a cross-functional team on the ground. Your ability to translate deep operational insight into measurable business outcomes, and your passion for the guest experience, make you a rare and valued leader.

The work:

  • Park Operations Transformation: Lead end-to-end operational transformation projects for theme park and attraction clients, reimagining how they manage rides, facilities, guest services, and large-scale workforces to drive safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Guest Experience Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve guest flow, reduce wait times, and elevate the end-to-end guest journey through a combination of operational redesign and digital interventions.
  • Workforce Planning & Management: Advise clients on large-scale workforce scheduling, labor optimization, and training program design to improve operational performance and employee experience across seasonal and year-round operations.
  • Safety & Compliance Program Design: Lead assessments and redesign of operational safety protocols, ride readiness programs, and incident management frameworks aligned to industry best practices and regulatory standards (e.g., ASTM, IAAPA).
  • Technology Integration: Spearhead the adoption of digital tools, including real-time operations dashboards, predictive maintenance platforms, dynamic queue management systems, and mobile-enabled workforce tools, to modernize park operations.
  • Supply Chain & Asset Management: Develop asset lifecycle management strategies and procurement frameworks for rides, attractions, and facilities infrastructure to reduce downtime and extend asset value.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner with senior client stakeholders, including COOs, VPs of Operations, and General Managers, to define transformation roadmaps, align priorities, and drive sustained execution.
  • Thought Leadership & Business Development: Contribute to business development through opportunity identification, client relationship cultivation, and development of forward-looking thought leadership on the future of park and attraction operations.

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in park operations, attractions management, or operational leadership within the travel, leisure, or entertainment industry.
  • Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience or equivalent senior leadership experience at a theme park, resort, or large-scale entertainment complex.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs and deliver measurable operational and guest experience results.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience)

Bonus points if:

  • You have direct experience at iconic park or resort operators such as Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Merlin Entertainments, or comparable large-scale attractions.
  • You hold IAAPA certifications (e.g., Certified Attractions Executive or Certified Attractions Manager) or equivalent industry credentials.
  • You have experience implementing digital guest experience platforms including dynamic pricing, mobile app integration, or virtual queuing systems.
  • You are skilled in operations and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
