- Complex Escalation Handling: Act as the primary escalation point for complex process exceptions, connecting cross-functional dependencies to address root causes and maintain seamless service continuity.

- Operational Guidance & Mentoring: Guide team members through leadership by establishing daily priorities, fostering shared accountability, and providing on-the-job technical guidance to strengthen team capabilities.

- Stakeholder & Network Collaboration: Contribute to transversal improvement initiatives with main stakeholders, and represent the local team in EMEA-LATAM regional networks and global team to share practices and support common standards.

- Operational Agility & Service Continuity: Maintain strong engagement with daily operations, stepping in with hands-on support during exceptional volume peaks or critical continuity events to ensure commitments to customers are met.

- Strategic Projects & System Readiness: Partner with strategic focus area owners to pilot new operational tools, protect designated project time for team contributors and support process readiness for future system rollouts.

Who You Are

- Experience & Background: University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics (or equivalent proven senior-level track record) with 5+ years of coordination experience in Supply Chain, Customer Operations, or Logistics, including demonstrated exposure to project leadership and workflow steering.

- Systems & Analytical Skills: Solid operational experience with enterprise resource planning systems (SAP) and customer relationship platforms, combined with good data literacy to support capacity management and performance tracking.

- Languages: Full professional working proficiency in both Italian and English (written and spoken).

- Core Strengths: Proven ability to lead by influence, exceptional cognitive agility to navigate and solve complex supply chain dependencies under pressure and a clear, collaborative communication style.
