Supply Chain Executive - Logistics

Job Description

Responsible for coordinating supply chain and logistics operations, including MOHAP permits, master data management, invoice processing, freight and customs clearance, procurement support, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Submission of EDE Permits (Import Permit, Export Permit, Local Sales Permit) and keeping track of it.

Handling master data creation.

Sales Order Management: Receive the confirmed orders from the distributor through the demand team, Set the sales order in SAP system.

Monthly follow up for Back orders with the demand team, to ensure that appropriate tracking of actual requested amounts.

Preparation of monthly sales reports and KPIs calculations (OTIF & BO)

Timely Submission of Invoices for GRN preparation & Proforma Invoice for the payment process.

Responsible for Logistics Activities - Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation, Export & documentation.

Assistance in Procurement Activities, Follow-up with Suppliers, and documentation filing.

Ensure compliance to EHS policy and its requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.

2–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Knowledge of SAP, MOHAP permits, and import/export documentation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational and communication skills.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
