the posting

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused L3 Associate to own and drive end-to-end launch management and supply chain readiness across key workstreams, including forecasting, licensing, CAPS deployment, and operational planning. The role will be responsible for coordinating launch activities from initial planning through execution and post-launch stabilization, ensuring alignment across business, supply chain, planning, licensing, and operations teams.

The associate will play a critical role in ensuring launch readiness by driving demand forecasting inputs, tracking supply and inventory requirements, coordinating licensing activities and approvals, and managing CAPS deployment in line with defined timelines and business requirements. This includes maintaining accurate launch plans, monitoring critical milestones and dependencies, identifying potential supply or execution risks, and proactively driving resolutions to avoid launch delays or operational disruptions.

The role requires strong ownership of multiple parallel workstreams, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable execution plans. The associate will be expected to establish robust tracking mechanisms, provide timely visibility into launch progress and risks, and ensure that all launch-related activities are completed within agreed timelines. Additionally, the role will focus on improving process adherence, strengthening cross-functional coordination, and identifying opportunities to enhance forecasting accuracy, deployment efficiency, and overall supply chain readiness.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities, and driving closure through structured planning, data-driven decision-making, and proactive follow-through. The ultimate objective is to ensure seamless launch execution, accurate forecasting, timely licensing readiness, successful CAPS deployment, and uninterrupted supply chain operations.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Launch Management: Own end-to-end launch planning, readiness tracking, execution, and post-launch stabilization.
  • CAPS Deployment: Drive CAPS deployment across applicable supply chain operations, ensuring adherence to deployment plans, timelines, and defined processes.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Partner with supply chain, operations, planning, technology, and other relevant teams to align on launch requirements and deployment readiness.
  • Milestone Tracking: Maintain launch trackers, deployment schedules, action logs, and status reports to ensure timely execution.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks, deployment blockers, and dependencies; drive timely resolution and escalate critical issues as required.
  • Operational Readiness: Validate process readiness, resource availability, system/process dependencies, and stakeholder alignment before launch.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key operational metrics, deployment progress, and launch performance to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to standardize launch processes, improve deployment efficiency, and strengthen execution mechanisms.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain deployment documentation, SOPs, launch checklists, and regular progress updates for stakeholders.
