Als Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die übergreifende Koordination komplexer Lieferketten und die Gestaltung strategischer Versorgungsstrukturen. Sie steuern funktionsübergreifende Projekte mit hoher Relevanz für Versorgungssicherheit und Effizienz und entwickeln Standards, Methoden und KPIs weiter. Darüber hinaus begleiten Sie die fachliche Entwicklung von Specialists und Coordinators im Team.

Ihre weiteren Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Projekten zur Kostenoptimierung und Prozessverbesserung
  • Entwicklung langfristiger Versorgungsstrategien für kritische Komponenten und globale Lieferketten
  • Technische und wirtschaftliche Bewertung von Produkten, Herstellprozessen und Markttrends
  • Proaktive Analyse von Markt- und Risikotrends zur Antizipation potenzieller Engpässe
  • Analyse von Bedarfen, Beständen, Materialflüssen und Produktionsanforderungen zur Identifikation von Engpässen und Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Aufbau von Kennzahlensystemen, Dashboards und Performance-Monitoring entlang der Supply Chain
  • Steuerung strategischer und komplexer Supply-Chain-Projekte sowie Entwicklung langfristiger Versorgungsstrategien für kritische Komponenten
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, SCM, Logistik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management, idealerweise in projektintensivem Umfeld
  • Hohes analytisches Denkvermögen, systematisches Arbeiten und bereichsübergreifendes Prozessverständnis
  • Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse (MM, PP) sowie Erfahrung mit Auswertungstools (Excel, BI, ggf. Power BI)
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Weltweite Reisebereitschaft
