Multiple Positions Available:

• 1. Analyze operational and supply chain performance metrics to drive
• system accuracy and reporting, as well as effectively present data to
• vendors and internal teams
• 2. Collect supply chain data and perform advanced modeling and
• statistical analysis in order to map, document, and recommend
• improvement and cost reduction opportunities
• 3. Actively engage with internal partners throughout the organization to
• meet and exceed customer service levels and transport-related KPIs
• 4. Prepare vendor health and performance scorecards and track
• performance to financial goals
• 5. Review vendor contract performance standards and manage vendor
• incentive/penalty payments
• 6. Provide contract compliance reporting to leadership and identify
• opportunities for process and data simplification

(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $79359 - $100600)

Basic qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related
• occupation. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Experience must include:
• 1) 1 year of program or project management experience
• 2) 1 year of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 3) 1 year of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• 4) 1 year of supply chain experience
• 5) 1 year of experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

The pay range for this position in Bellevue, WA is $79359 - $100600 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
