Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• •Responsible for the demand planning and supply of Semiconductor IC products
• •Rationalize demand forecasts and customer demand with Sales and Marketing to determine optimum production plans for on-time delivery and revenue achievement
• •Generate and monitor material requirements, capacity requirements, and build plan schedules and develop a planning strategy for ensuring timely product delivery
• •Interface & Manage outsource manufacturing partners to ensure day-to-day prioritization and execution of production orders.
• •Interface with engineering and all Business Unit to secure Outsource manufacturing partner capacity
• •Manage internal & external business communication on capacity allocation
• •Project and control inventory movement to achieve given DOH target

Qualifications/Requirements:

• •Bachelor’s degree in any disciplinary or equivalent. Engineering background is advantage
• •Minimum of 10-12 years experience in manufacturing, supply chain planning, production planning or related field in the Semiconductor or EE Industry
• •Experience defining supply chain processes and implementing best practices
• •Ability to prepare communication plans to CM, customers, sales or executive management
• •Good data analysis skill & must hands on
• •Excellent team player & able to lead internal & external business communication
• •Advanced knowledge in MS office (Excel) application required. Extensive experience in MRP systems, preferable Oracle is advantage
• •Proven success at making financially sound decisions in a Fast Paced Market Environment
• •Willingness to work off hours / extended hours as needed
