Responsibilities

To support business growth, increasing production complexity, and ongoing supply chain transformation initiatives,

The role will provide dedicated planning expertise to improve:

1.Strengthen Supply Chain Planning Capability

2.PFEP and Material Flow Optimization

3.Improve Inventory and Delivery Performance

4.Support Supply Chain AI/Digitalization

5.Packaging solution with leverage PSLD

As production volume and supply chain complexity increase, additional planning capability is required to ensure sustainable business growth and effective execution of key supply chain processes.

Skill Descriptors

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Level Working Knowledge:

Approaches a situation or problem by defining the problem or issue and determining its significance.

Makes a systematic comparison of two or more alternative solutions.

Uses flow charts, Pareto charts, fish diagrams, etc. to disclose meaningful data patterns.

Identifies the major forces, events, and people impacting and impacted by the situation at hand.

Uses logic and intuition to make inferences about the meaning of the data and arrive at conclusions.

Logistics Management: Knowledge of logistics and management; ability to follow proper processes and run operations for effective and efficient movement of materials and finished products.

Level Working Knowledge:

Assists in the development of process flows to track lead time by activity.

Uses tools, with guidance, to forecast delivery times, determine costs and assess performance.

Maintains records of all shipments and invoices using an established system.

Participates in integrating logistics processes and developing effective networks.

Works with logistics in a domestic environment.

Process Improvement: Understanding and insight into evaluating current product quality and production methods and ability to maintains focus on the continuous improvement of processes, products and services.

Level Working Knowledge:

Defines the critical workflow for executing key processes.

Identifies process problems that limit performance.

Implements methods for improving and establishing controls for critical processes.

Focuses on the most significant problems to maximize efficiency gains.

Surfaces systemic problems to be addressed at the organizational level.

Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.

Level Basic Understanding:

Identifies project management tools and requirements within own function.

Describes the key objectives, phases and deliverables of a current project.

Explains the concepts of phase, activity, task, and deliverable.

Gives examples of critical paths in projects.
