Develop and monitor dashboards, KPIs, governance routines, risk registers, action logs, and performance-review processes to drive visibility, accountability, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and closure of performance gaps.
Ensure end-to-end traceability, consistent use of Flowserve systems, and adherence to enterprise policies, procurement controls, service-level commitments, documentation requirements, audit standards, and internal controls.
Partner with Finance and business leaders to validate and track realized savings, productivity gains, working-capital improvements, operational efficiencies, service improvements, and capability development across the hub organization.
