Aufgaben:

  • Steuerung der Supply-Chain- und Qualitätsperformance hinsichtlich Termintreue, Qualitätszielen und Kostenentwicklung
  • Identifizierung von Lieferantenrisiken sowie Ableitung und Nachverfolgung von kurz-, mittel- und langfristigen Maßnahmenplänen
  • Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung von Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung des After-Sales-Hochlaufs
  • Begleitung von Ausschreibungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Lieferantenauswahl und Vergabeentscheidung
  • Überwachung von Neueinführungen und Arbeitsverlagerungen zur Sicherstellung der industriellen Reife vor Serienstart
  • Sicherstellung der Lieferantenkonformität gemäß Anforderungen

Profil:

  • Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management, Logistik
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement, Einkauf, Qualitätsmanagement, Qualitätssicherung oder Supply Chain Management
  • Kenntnisse in SAP, Google Workspace sowie im Projektmanagement
  • analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Lösungsorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Präsentationssicherheit
  • Englischkenntnisse verhandlungssicher, Französisch- oder Spanischkenntnisse von Vorteil
