Senior Supply Chain & WMS Solution Architect

Location :- PAN India

Experience :- 11+ Years

Your Role

Lead Supply Chain and Warehouse Management System (WMS) transformation programs, acting as a trusted advisor for warehouse operations, solution architecture, WMS implementations, AI-driven optimization, and supply chain modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• •Serve as the SME for end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
• •Lead WMS implementation, upgrade, optimization, and transformation programs.
• •Design solutions on platforms such as Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or Körber .
• •Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, solution assessments, and stakeholder presentations.
• •Support presales activities including RFP/RFI responses, solution design, and proposal development.
• •Apply Discrete Event Simulation (DES) and AI/ML techniques for warehouse optimization, forecasting, labor planning, and process improvement.
• •Drive integration of WMS with ERP, TMS, WCS, robotics, and warehouse automation systems.
• •Build reusable accelerators, best practices, and supply chain solution frameworks.

Your Profile

• •10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Consulting, Warehouse Operations, or WMS implementations.
• •Strong expertise in at least one enterprise WMS platform: Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or Körber .
• •Deep understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, labor optimization, slotting, and operational KPIs.
• •Experience with Discrete Event Simulation (DES) and AI/ML applications in supply chain and warehouse management.
• •Strong client-facing, consulting, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• •Experience in presales, solutioning, proposal development, and architecture design.
• •Knowledge of ERP integration (SAP/Oracle), TMS, WCS, robotics, and warehouse automation ecosystems.

Good to Have

• •Experience with IT/OT integration in warehouse environments.
• •Exposure to AGVs, robotic picking, conveyor systems, PLCs, and SCADA.
• •Experience creating supply chain accelerators, frameworks, and thought leadership assets.
• •Domain exposure to Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Products, or Logistics.
