A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Fixed-Term Contract for 12 months
- Based in Weert 2-3 days per week.
At Tandem Diabetes Care, we create new possibilities for people living with diabetes, their loved ones, and healthcare providers through a positively different experience. We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our International Supply Chain team in Weert, Netherlands. This role offers the opportunity to influence the future of our European supply chain operations while supporting our continued international growth.
STAY AWESOME:
At Tandem, innovation starts with people. We believe in creating technology that simplifies lives while fostering a culture where collaboration, curiosity and continuous improvement thrive. As we continue to expand internationally, we are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with operational expertise to build scalable supply chain processes that support both today’s needs and tomorrow’s growth.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
As our Supply Chain Specialist, you will serve as a senior individual contributor and recognised subject matter expert for International Supply Chain operations. This is not a people management role. You will own and continuously improve end-to-end supply chain processes across planning, inventory management, forecasting, logistics, distribution and order fulfilment. You will identify inefficiencies, implement better ways of working, and lead complex transformation initiatives that improve performance, scalability and customer experience across multiple countries and regions. Working closely with Supply Chain, Commercial, Customer Care, Finance, Quality, IT and external partners, you will support operational execution while maintaining strategic oversight. You will play a key role in Orion and future system implementations, translating business requirements into scalable processes and solutions. Success in this role requires the ability to connect the dots across functions, anticipate the impact of future initiatives, design future-state processes, balance immediate business needs with long-term improvements, and influence stakeholders without direct authority. Experience transitioning from distributor-based models to direct distribution models and supporting regional growth initiatives will be highly valued.
Location: This role is based in Weert, Netherlands. Candidates must be located within a reasonable commuting distance of the Weert office and be available to work onsite regularly, with a minimum of two days per week onsite.
YOU’RE AWESOME AT:
Advanced knowledge of supply chain, logistics, distribution, order fulfillment, inventory management, and order-to-cash processes in an international environment.
