Join us as a Supply Chain Support Lead

  • In this varied and engaging role, you'll support, develop, and deliver supply chain data and tooling solutions that give NatWest Markets (NWM) a competitive advantage
  • You'll support both colleagues within NWM Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and individual business owners, enabling accurate and timely delivery of reporting , using data from our internal and external supplier portfolios to provide consistent and dynamic insights

The skills you'll need

We're looking for someone with supply chain knowledge and strong data analytical and tooling skills, with a demonstrable track record of using broad data sets to generate insight and support implementation. You'll have experience of developing reporting and transitioning manual processes to online tooling, together with an understanding of supply chain models such as offshoring, outsourcing, utility, and make versus buy.

Furthermore, you'll demonstrate:

  • Experience of applying supply chain and data analytical skills and techniques to impact business strategy and outcomes, supplier selection and supplier management
  • Experience in developing executive-level reporting and drawing clear conclusions on benefit opportunities and risk exposure across internal and external supplier portfolios
