Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the purchasing department with administrative tasks, reports, calculations, and projects while gaining hands-on experience in sourcing and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting - material productivity and projects including regular updates
Preparation/dawnload of data from SAP/Lean DNA for calculations
Collecting data/Certificates from our suppliers + databases
Crerating of MDG tickets - master supplier data changes
Support in communication with suppliers in cases of payment issues
Assist with vendor evaluation and performance monitoring
Perform general administrative duties to support the purchasing team

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic understanding of purchasing or procurement processes is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Pay Range:

Kč534,914.04-Kč1,066,620.24
