This highly visible role sits at the intersection of supply chain strategy, operations, technology, and continuous improvement, giving you the opportunity to turn complex challenges into scalable solutions with measurable business impact.

You will partner across Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Operations to optimize end-to-end processes, strengthen ERP and advanced planning capabilities, and improve how teams use data to make decisions. From improving service and inventory performance to advancing planning systems and developing supply chain capabilities, your work will directly influence how we serve our customers and deliver on our business priorities.

This is an opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing across functions, and translating strategy and analytics into sustainable operational results.

What will you do?

Lead supply chain transformation

  • Lead strategic, end-to-end supply chain improvement initiatives across planning, inventory management, sourcing, and operations, delivering measurable improvements in customer service, cost, working capital, and operational performance.
  • Drive ERP process optimization and governance across platforms including Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, and Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) systems.
  • Strengthen master data integrity, standardize planning processes, and improve effective utilization of MRP and planning systems.
  • Support enhancements to advanced planning capabilities by improving system functionality, user adoption, and the quality of planning outputs used by operational teams.
  • Translate supply chain strategy into executable roadmaps with clear priorities, milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

Improve performance and supply chain resilience

  • Identify emerging supply and operational risks and lead structured mitigation strategies that strengthen continuity of supply and minimize customer impact.
  • Apply PPI, Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies to improve fill rates, reduce backorders, optimize safety stock, increase inventory turns, and improve overall supply chain performance.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve planning accuracy, reduce waste and scrap, and address systemic performance challenges.
  • Partner across functions to remove constraints, improve execution, and sustain results.

Turn data into action

  • Use advanced analytics, Excel, ERP reporting, and planning tools to transform complex data into meaningful business insights.
  • Develop and maintain standardized dashboards and KPI reporting that provide clear visibility into global supply chain performance.
  • Strengthen Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP/S&OP) processes through decision-ready analytics, performance reporting, and executive-level insights.
  • Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations, clear ownership, and measurable actions that improve operational performance.

Influence, collaborate, and build capability

  • Serve as a trusted supply chain partner across Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Procurement, Planning, and Operations, aligning teams around shared priorities and outcomes.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to planners and cross-functional partners, strengthening problem-solving, execution discipline, and planning capabilities.
  • Lead ERP, MRP, and planning best-practice training to increase system proficiency, adoption of standard work, and end-to-end planning effectiveness.
  • Participate in tiered accountability and operating reviews, ensuring risks are surfaced early, performance is visible, and corrective actions move forward with clear ownership.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

How will you get here?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field required.
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree a plus.

Experience

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, planning, manufacturing, operations, or related functions, ideally within a complex or regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading significant cross-functional supply chain or operational improvement initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience improving MRP processes, planning systems, ERP governance, master data, or advanced planning capabilities.
  • Experience supporting SIOP/S&OP, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain performance management.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning and execution, with the ability to connect systems, processes, data, and operational outcomes.
  • Experience working with ERP and planning platforms such as Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP ECC/APO/IBP, or comparable enterprise systems.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with Excel and large or complex datasets.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across functions, lead through ambiguity, and turn complex challenges into practical solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate detailed analysis into clear recommendations for both operational and executive audiences.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring supply chain professionals and driving adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.

Preferred qualifications
