Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kundenbetreuung und Service nach dem Kauf
  • Planung und Unterstützung des Außendienstes entsprechend des Supportaufkommens
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen – Abstimmung mit der Reklamationsabteilung
  • Analyse von Fehlerursachen
  • Koordination von Reparaturen und Ersatzlieferungen
  • Kommunikation mit Herstellern und Lieferanten
  • Cross-Selling von Zusatzprodukten
  • Durchführung von Kundenzufriedenheitsumfragen und Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Auswertungen für das Management
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Technik, Logistik und Produktmanagement
  • Durchführung von Produktschulungen, Einweisungen, Inbetriebnahmen sowie technische Unterstützung der Elektronikabteilung

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in Wartung und Instandsetzung von technischen Geräten
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie technisches Verständnis
  • Sicherer Umgang am PC
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Ergebnisorientiertes Handeln
  • Führerscheinklasse B
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
