Wir sind ein Software-Systemhaus mit eigener ERP- sowie PDM-Software und verstehen uns als Lösungsanbieter für die technische Projektabwicklung von mittelständischen Unternehmen aus der Sondermaschinenbaubranche. Seit über 30 Jahren sind wir am Markt tätig und helfen unseren Kunden bei der Umsetzung Ihrer Softwareprojekte. Wir sind mit Herzblut dabei und bieten, als inhabergeführtes Unternehmen, flexible Strukturen und den direkten Austausch mit unseren MitarbeiterInnen.

## Was Du bei uns machen wirst:

  • Aufnahme der Kundenanfragen über das Ticketsystem und am Telefon
  • Priorisierung und Zuweisung der Supportanfragen
  • Dokumentation der Kundenanfragen und Lösungsansätze in unserem zentralen Ticketsystem
  • Nachstellung und Lösungserarbeitung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem internen Entwicklungsteam
  • Ersteinrichtung/Konfiguration unserer Software gemäß Pflichtenheft
  • Schulung unserer Software online und ggfls. bei Kunden vor Ort

## Dein Profil:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich (Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration, IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau, o.ä.) oder im technischen Bereich (CAD-Anwendungstechniker, CAD-Designer)
  • Erfahrungen im Microsoft Produktumfeld (Windows Clientbetriebssysteme Win10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL)
  • Gute Auffassungsgabe für IT-Umgebungen
  • Erfahrungen im CAD/PDM Umfeld als (Konstrukteur/in, CAD-Admin, PDM-Admin, etc.)
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Eigeninitiative
