Was sind Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bearbeitest die Service- und Support- Meldungen (Tickets, Change Requests, etc.) unserer Bestandskunden
  • Du findest Hinweise und Lösungen zu SAP Standard Anfragen
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der Optimierung ihrer Logistikprozesse, speziell im Bereich Vertriebs- und Auslieferungsprozesse
  • Du erstellst Konzepte und Designs, besprichst diese mit den Kunden und setzt sie auch um
  • Du organisierst und moderierst Workshops und führst Schulungen durch
  • Du bist Teil der Migrationsprojekte von SAP ECC auf SAP S/4HANA

Schlüsselfähigkeiten

  • Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Betreuung der SAP-Schnittstellen SD, MM, WM und EWM
  • Du findest die Bedürfnisse und Pain Points des Kunden heraus und versteht es diese zu adressieren
  • Du hast ein kommunikatives und sicheres Auftreten und bist es gewohnt eigenverantwortlich zu handeln
  • Du hast eine gute Portion Selbstvertrauen, stehst auf Herausforderungen und denkst lösungsorientiert
  • Du hast ausgezeichnete analytische Umsetzungsfähigkeiten
  • Du benötigst keine Schritt-für-Schritt Anleitung, sondern findest eigenständig deinen Weg zum Ziel
