• We are seeking a motivated and compassionate team member to join our medical office. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role includes patient coordination and administrative support. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and surgery or procedure scheduling is preferred.

Position Details

Job Status: Full-Time Hourly

Key Responsibilities

• •Coordinate and schedule surgeries and medical procedures
• •Answer and manage incoming phone calls
• •Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• •Respond to patient inquiries
• •Handle prior authorizations (procedures, medications, imaging, workers’ compensation, etc.)
• •Maintain accurate patient records and perform data entry in EHR systems

Required Qualifications

• •Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• •Knowledge of medical terminology
• •Proficiency with computers and EHR systems
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• •Ability to interact effectively with patients of all ages and abilities
• •Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
