Position Summary:

Observes all gaming and property activity including but not limited to, cashiering operations, slot operations, cash handling, and count rooms.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• •Promotes superior guest service
• •Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.
• •Utilizes the necessary surveillance equipment to respond to, identify and record questionable activities
• •Digitally records activities in the casino, count rooms, slot booths, cashier cages, and back of house areas, and reports all illegal and unusual activity
• •Completes training on an ongoing basis
• •Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
• •Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• •High School Diploma / GED ; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD)
• •Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
• •Candidate is open and receptive to learning new methods.
• •Must possess strong reading, listening, writing, and visual skills and hand-eye coordination.
• •The ability to effectively learn and demonstrate proficiency in surveillance camera operation is required.
• •Must be able to observe and report in an objective manner.
• •Ability to work in a secluded, enclosed environment for extended periods of time.
• •Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
• •Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
• •Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Work experience in surveillance, investigations, or gaming industry.
• •CCTV experience.

*Due to the sensitive nature of the Surveillance position, transfer options may be limited to other departments.
