Work with team leads and project managers to understand pain points and recommend ideal designs, tools, and processes to maximize workflow efficiency across the team

Coordinate with project managers to design custom project-specific automations or macros to support client needs in data formatting or data presentation in Excel-based tables, PowerPoint files, or other data deliverable formats

Assist in maintenance/support for existing or newly constructed macros, integrations, and efficiency toolkits that non-technical stakeholders on the market research team and other parts of the organization rely on

Coordinate with Guidepoint’s internal IT and Engineering teams to ensure any internally built tools or systems comply with information security and software best practices

Other duties as required

Experience with survey design software, such as Qualtrics (preferred), Forsta/Decipher, Alchemer, etc
