We are seeking a Survey Mapping Specialist to join our Survey team. This position offers the opportunity to apply advanced surveying and mapping expertise while working alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects throughout the region.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• •Prepare and produce survey maps, plans, and related deliverables.
• •Process and analyze field-collected survey data.
• •Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control efforts.
• •Assist with the implementation and management of survey-related software and technology.
• •Coordinate mapping activities with survey crews, engineers, and project managers.
• •Review work products to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards.
• •Mentor team members and support their professional development.
• •Promote a culture of safety and participate in company health and safety initiatives.
• •Contribute to the continuous improvement of survey operations and workflows.

Requirements

• •Extensive experience in survey mapping and drafting.
• •Strong understanding of surveying principles, mapping standards, and land development practices.
• •Advanced proficiency with CAD software.
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• •Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• •Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
• •Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites and meetings as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience with Skyline software.
• •Experience developing surfaces, alignments, profiles, utility networks, and other advanced survey design elements.
• •Prior experience mentoring or leading technical staff.
