This role focuses on traditional line-cook responsibilities while incorporating sushi knowledge to support our raw bar and specialty offerings. You’ll be responsible for the preparation and execution of dishes on your station, maintaining consistency, speed, and exceptional quality. Those who excel take initiative to understand the flow of the entire kitchen and support teammates across stations—we succeed only as a team. Additional responsibilities include maintaining organization, proper handling of raw fish and specialty ingredients, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Sushi experience is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated cooks who want to expand their skills. If you show up ready to learn, grow, and bring your best self to the kitchen, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU .
