Sushi-Koch (m/w/d) gesucht

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen Sushi-Koch (m/w/d) mit Leidenschaft für die japanische Küche und höchsten Ansprüchen an Qualität und Frische.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Zubereitung von Sushi, Sashimi, Maki, Nigiri und weiteren japanischen Spezialitäten
  • Fachgerechter Umgang mit frischen Zutaten und hochwertigen Lebensmitteln
  • Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Qualität und ansprechenden Präsentation der Speisen
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (HACCP)
  • Unterstützung bei der Warenbestellung und Lagerkontrolle
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenteam für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung als Sushi-Meister oder Sushi-Koch
  • Sichere Kenntnisse in der traditionellen und modernen Sushi-Zubereitung
  • Sorgfältige, saubere und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Hygienevorschriften
