Job Description:

· Develop, implement and improve the waste and by-product management strategy, covering recycling, recovery, disposal and valorization.

· Lead the full waste and by-product management proces including post-processing and selection of treatment routes.

· Ensure sustainable waste handling by assessing, validating and coordinating related activities.

· Work with QC and Operations to evaluate waste quality and maximize recovery and reuse.

· Identify and develop new by-product utilization opportunities including “End-of-Waste” initiatives.

· Explore alternative uses and markets for by-products and opportunities for waste reduction.

· Negotiate with waste service providers and recyclers to secure competitive pricing and optimized contracts.

· Optimize waste-related costs and increase waste value through internal improvements and cross-cluster collaboration.

· Prepare and manage budgets for waste and by-product management.

· Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and internal standards for waste transport, handling and processing.
