Sustainability & ESG Consultant
Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Sustainability & ESG professional to join our team and support clients across the real estate sector in developing and implementing sustainability strategies that create measurable impact.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to define ESG objectives, improve the sustainability performance of real estate assets and portfolios, report key ESG metrics, and provide expert technical advice to support informed decision-making.
You will also have the opportunity to develop innovative tools, models and processes that make sustainability data and building certification more accessible, efficient and impactful for key stakeholders.

Job Description
- Develop and implement sustainability & ESG consulting services applicable to the real estate sector;
- Work with clients to define sustainability strategies and objectives and implement the necessary actions to achieve them;
- Always make all existing information available and issue technical opinions in the best interests of the client, contributing to appropriate sustainability management decision-making and supporting the implementation of such decisions;
- Improve and communicate sustainability performance and report ESG metrics for real estate assets and/or client portfolios or those developed or managed by C&W;
- Develop management tools, models and processes to simplify building certification in innovative ways focused on improving the communication of sustainability data to key stakeholders.
