Sustainable Product Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager – Sustainable Product Compliance to lead sustainability and regulatory compliance projects, ensuring Nexperia meets evolving customer, industry, and ESG requirements.

What You Will Do

• •Monitor sustainability regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements.
• •Lead compliance projects related to PPWR, ESPR, Digital Product Passport (DPP), and other sustainability initiatives.
• •Translate regulatory requirements into business processes and implementation plans.
• •Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage project timelines and risks.
• •Represent Nexperia in industry working groups and sustainability initiatives.
• •Support customer requests related to sustainability and product compliance.

What You Will Need

• •Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
• •Experience in sustainability, ESG, product compliance, or regulatory project management.
• •Knowledge of circular economy, PPWR, ESPR, DPP, and related sustainability regulations.
• •Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• •Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
