Threat Tec, LLC is seeking an experienced Swimming and Tactical Water Survival Coach to support the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) Human Performance Program. This position will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and sustaining swimming and tactical water survival programs designed to enhance the aquatic performance, conditioning, and water-survival capabilities of Special Operations Forces (SOF) pipeline candidates and assigned SOF personnel .

The ideal candidate combines advanced aquatic coaching expertise with a strong understanding of human performance, tactical water survival, injury prevention, and the physical demands associated with SOF training and operational environments.
