• Responsibilities
• •Perform health checks, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting across VMware, including vCenter, ESXi, vMotion, vRA, SRM, VDI, and vSAN.
• •Support storage systems including Dell PowerStore, Unity, Cohesity, and AWS FSx.
• •Support backup platforms including Avamar, IDPA, Dell Data Domain, and Backupify.
• •Support Linux and Windows Server environments, including patching, deployment, and clustering.
• •Support Citrix technologies including CVAD, NetScaler, XenDesktop, and ControlUp.
• •Support FTP and file-transfer processes including WSFTP, PGP, and job scheduling.
• •Monitor systems using SolarWinds, Data Insights, CloudIQ, and related tools.
• •Support Azure AD, Power BI, SharePoint, and other enterprise applications.
• •Execute patch management, system updates, and routine maintenance.
• •Respond to alerts and incidents, escalating as needed.
• •Maintain documentation and update runbooks.
• •Collaborate with global teams to ensure continuity and coverage.

• Experience Required
• •7+ years of experience in system administration or engineering.
• •Hands-on experience with VMware, Windows Server, and enterprise storage.
• •Familiarity with backup systems and monitoring tools.
• •Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• •Ability to work independently during night shifts. …

• Preferred Experience
• •IT generalist comfortable handling moderately complex tasks across a diverse set of platforms.
• •Scripting knowledge, including PowerShell and Bash.
• •Exposure to ITIL processes and ticketing systems.

Education Qualifications :

Bachelor of Science in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
