IT 2nd Level Support - System Analyst (m/w/d)

as a System Analyst (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for our employees for all questions regarding hardware, applications and support them with your expertise in solving IT problems.

Your tasks:

• •Responsible for end-user support (2nd level) and system availability within predefined timeframes within SLA targets.
• •Assist with change control and any infrastructure changes that help to improve functionality
• •User- and device management (e.g. hardware, licenses, equipment) including documentation
• •Support business departments when issues arise and to identify potential improvements
• •Attention to data and system security and privacy compliance
• •Alignment to compliance requirements (GDPR, GXP) and all IT policies
• •Collaborate with global IT teams and participate in global IT roll-outs
• •Collaborate with site leader and management team
• •Daily participation in regional meetings

Your profile:

• •Completed IT education (e.g. Diploma in computer science, Bachelor Univ.) or similar
• •Work experience in the end-user support area or comparable areas
• •Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
• •Experiences with Microsoft Office product family
• •Advanced knowledge about IT infrastructure
• •Detailed and solution-oriented work style as well as flexibility
• •Ability to work under stress, sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills
• •Good English skills
