Aufgabenfeld

  • betriebsfertige Bereitstellung unserer IT-Lösungen bei unseren Kundenin der Region Süddeutschland
  • Bearbeitung von Supportfällen im 2nd Level Support
  • routinemäßige Wartung und Pflege bestehender IT-Infrastrukturen, sowie Diagnose und Behebung von Fehlern
  • Vertriebsunterstützung in technischen Fragen im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur, Virtualisierung und Microsoft-Lösungen
  • Erstellung von Systemdokumentationen
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Kundenumgebungen

Dein Profil

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT, Netzwerk- und/oder Systemintegration
  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungstechnologien, vorzugsweise Microsoft Hyper-V oder VMware
  • fundiertes Wissen zu Microsoftumgebungen
  • fundiertes Wissen in den aktuellen Cloud-Umgebungen (Azure, M365 o.ä.)
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Systemintegration und Netzwerkinfrastruktur
  • Kenntnisse bzw. erste Berührungspunkte mit der Installation und Administration von Storage und Server Systemen von Vorteil
  • Selbstständigkeit und Kundenorientierung
  • sicheres Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit, sowie Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
  • Vertriebsaffinität und erste Erfahrungen im PreSales / IT-Consulting / Cross-Selling
  • hervorragendes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
  • gültiger Führerschein Klasse B
